Clyde Common's new chef, Momofuku alum Johnny Leach, reveals a few menu changes in the works for the restaurant that's long anchored the Ace Hotel. Leach tells Eat Beat to expect a menu of "refined, rustic food" with more variety than Clyde's current incarnation, and among the dishes name-dropped: "Baked cod and chorizo pies. Baked fideos with pig ears and manila clams. Sturgeon ham and pickles." Leach's new menu will debut tomorrow. [Eat Beat] [Photo: Instagram]
