The recently Seafood Watch-certified Southpark Seafood will launch a recurring chef's counter experience, available on the third Tuesday of each month. Dubbed the "Chef's Copper Top Dinner," the eight-seat counter offers a seven-course dinner by chef Ryan Gaul, with the tasting menu promising both seafood and land-animal options: The kick-off menu, set for March 18, might feature dishes like salt crusted snapper with carrot panna cotta, and rabbit served four ways. Reservations are $85 (with an optional $35 wine pairing) and available by calling 503-326-1300. [EaterWire] [Photo: Facebook]
