Benvenuto! Welcome to Eater Pizza Week 2014

Ladies and gentlemen, Eater readers of all ages, please inch a little closer to the computer screen for a special announcement. Starting right now and ending, oh, around 5p.m. Friday, Eater will be your headquarters for all things pizza for this, Eater Pizza Week 2014. As in years past, we're devoting this week to all things dough, cheese, and sauce, with all varieties of pizza-themed maps, interviews, and intel. There will be behind-the-scenes looks at some local favorite pizzerias. There will be calzones, aka the lesser pizza. And in the usual Eater style, there will be a few surprise pizzas just for Eater readers.
