OPB goes behind-the-scenes at Jane Hashimawari and William Harper's Japanese pop-up dinner series Ippai, which offers a multi-course, aesthetically driven kaiseki meal. Ippai's dinners feature 115 pieces of custom wood-fired ceramics, often garnished with "hints of nature."
