Look out, Portland, you're getting more locations of the "fast-casual" chain MOD Pizza. According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, the Bellvue, Washington-based chain plans to open more than 100 new stores in Oregon, Washington, and the west coast by the end of 2015. MOD Pizza currently has two restaurants in the metro area — in Tanasbourne and Beaverton — with one under construction in Lake Oswego. [PSBJ]
