In direct response to La Taq's recent assertion that puffy tacos were "rarely seen outside of San Antonio," the Oregonian's Michael Russell taste-tests five versions around town: Or rather, versions of Yucatecan salbutes, the fried tortillas described as "the original original puffy taco."
