After shooting past its original projected opening of February, ChefStable's east side wine taproom Coopers Hall is now slated for an April 21 debut. As previously reported, the anticipated 40-wine taproom/restaurant will be managed by St. Jack sommelier Joel Gunderson and feature Racion alum Roscoe Roberson cooking up a rotisserie-inspired menu. The concept's keg operation, by the same folks behind AlexEli Vineyards, began its wholesale operation in late February. [EaterWire]
