Because why not, the meat-lovers at NE MLK's Argentine steakhouse Ox have introduced a springtime cocktail topped with shaved foie gras terrine: The "Foie the Hell of It" features apple brandy, bourbon, lemon, egg white, a strawberry rhubarb puree, and a dusting of foie gras on top for good measure.
