North Portland dive bar the Foggy Notion recently shot an episode of the Cooking Channel show Belly Up!, according to the rumor mill. WWeek reports that co-owner Kevin Scullin would not confirm the show's name, citing a confidentiality agreement, but that tipsters say cameras were in the bar to film an episode of the "bar-makeover" show, which re-makes menus into "new, innovative, enticing bar foods that won't break the budget."
