Popular coffee cart Ole Latte Coffee has opened its second location near PSU, taking the place of a hot dog cart at SW 5th Avenue and SW Harrison. In addition to his familiar menu of espresso, drip coffee, and Chai (among other caffeinated beverages), proprietor Todd Edwards brings his "suspended coffee" program to the new spot, as well: It's essentially a pay-it-forward for guests to buy others a treat of their choice.
