This weekend's weather is more than enough excuse to go drinking, but in case you need another one: The fourth-annual TOAST Distillers Festival takes over downtown's World Trade Center tonight and tomorrow (April 11 and 12), with nearly 30 distilleries pouring tastes of their rums, whiskies, and liqueurs (more than 120 different spirits will be on-hand).
