In OG ChefStable style, Kurt Huffman will premiere his next restaurant concept, SE's Coopers Hall, with a series of ticketed preview dinners starting next week. Chef Roscoe Roberson will dish out multi-course, family-style dinners four days next week, in two forms: a winemaker's dinner featuring four courses, a wine tasting, and two bottles of Coopers Hall wine, to-go; and a smaller, three-course dinner with a wine flight.
Reservations to both (at $100 and $40 price points) are available via this form, but the dinner announcement also gives a brief glimpse at Roberson's rotisserie-heavy menu: In addition to roast chicken and pork loin, expect dishes like pot pies, panzanella, schamltz potatoes, and wilted spinach on the Coopers menu when it officially opens in late April.
