Downtown's breakfast-line-inducing Bijou Cafe has announced it'll now serve dinner three nights a week. The Oregonian reports Bijou owner Kathleen Hagberg will add jazz dinners to the calendar each Thursday and Saturday (joining the Friday installment), offering evening dishes like braised chicken cassoulet, pan-roasted black cod, and seared culotte steak.
