Popular food cart Viking Soul Food has announced it'll close up shop on May 17 after a nearly four-year run. Co-owner Megan Walhood tells Eater the closure comes amidst a family medical emergency, but Viking does plan to continue with its "catering events and special dinners throughout the summer." Viking Soul Food is currently parked at SE Hawthorne's Good Food Here and the cart is actively up for sale. [EaterWire] [Photo: Facebook]
