McMenamins has revealed more details about its planned new property in Seattle, and it'll be heavily influenced by NE Portland's Kennedy School. The Portland Business Journal reports the McMenamins team will invest $26 million in converting the Bothell neighborhood's former Anderson Middle School into a 73-room hotel with a movie theater and restaurant.
