Genoa chef Jake Martin will soon launch a pop-up dinner series, described as his take on fine dining "without so much formality." Eat Beat reports Martin will team with Levant sommelier Christopher Sky for the 11-course dinner series dubbed Daphne, which will take place at Langbaan. An early look at the kickoff menu reveals courses like "veal, mushroom cracker, herbs, miso" and "capon, aigo boullido, elephant garlic, brioche."
