The charming SE Clinton space once home to St. Jack is now officially up for lease: According to a Craigslist post, it'll undergo an expansion this summer that would add more square footage to the ground-floor restaurant. In February, when St. Jack announced its permanent move to its current NW location, ChefStable founder Kurt Huffman said he planned to install another ChefStable restaurant in the space, though negotiations with the landlord were still ongoing.
