Here's the 44-Item Taplist for Wine Taproom Coopers Hall, Opening Today

As promised, Coopers Hall — the giant urban winery/taproom by ChefStable and Molalla's AlexEli Vineyards — opens its doors today, with 44 taps dedicated to beer, cider, and (predominantly) wine. A full look at Cooper's wine taplist reveals wine pours available in two-ounce, one glass, or 46 cL (roughly 15-ounce) volumes, allowing drinkers to either taste or invest in one variety for the evening.

Coopers Hall's eponymous in-house wine brand appears 9 times on the opening menu, ranging from a 2011 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir to a 2012 Chardonnay from the California's Central Coast (tasting notes: "Too often we imagine that California is still stuck in the massive Chardonnays of the '90s. This is not that wine.") The rest of the list focuses mostly on Oregon and Washington labels (Love and Squalor, Ribera Vineyards).
