Jenn Louis at NYC's Beard House; Two New Brunches

NEW YORK CITY— Lincoln and Sunshine Tavern chef Jenn Louis is cooking a collaborative dinner tonight at New York City's James Beard House, teaming with Boston chef Jamie Bissonnette for a "Coast-to-Coast Cool" dinner. And since it's obviously too take to score reservations, the Beard House's recently launched Kitchen Cam should come in handy: It's live-streaming Louis and Bissonnette in the kitchen right now. DOWNTOWN— Pioneer Place's adult playground/diner/bar Punch Bowl Social has announced the launch of a Sunday-morning "DJ Brunch," featuring live DJs spinning during the morning meal. The musically inclined brunch — which also offers a DIY Bloody Mary bar, corned beef egg sandwiches, and Money Bread French toast — is available 10a.m. to 3p.m. on Sundays. [EaterWire]

VANCOUVER— Meanwhile, in Vancouver, chef Paul Klitsie (formerly of the Pearl's Fratelli) has announced the launch of brunch service at his newish downtown Vancouver spot Willem's on Main. Brunch kicks off this weekend, and will be available Saturdays and Sundays, 10a.m. to 2p.m. [EaterWire]
