Watch Bollywood Chef Troy MacLarty's India Travelogue

Bollywood Theater chef/owner Troy MacLarty recently traveled to India, and while there, he shot some great video of the country's street-food vendors at work. Stateside, editor Jeremy Fenske combined the footage with shots of the Bollywood Theater kitchen, revealing the connections between on-the-street inspiration and MacLarty's menu. (The video is a sequel of sorts to a similar travelogue shot in 2012.) Go, watch:
