A team of Castagna alums will soon launch a series of pop-ups at their former stomping ground: Eat Beat reports former Castagna sous chef Ryan Fox and Atera alum Ali Matteis will join forces for Nomad.PDX, an "underground dinner series" featuring progressive concepts (like a "meditation on the almond in every state") served on custom-made plates. Reservations for the inaugural event, on April 27 at Castagna, are $100 including pairings. And there's a trailer for the concept; watch it here. [Eat Beat]
