Ladies and gentlemen, put your hands together to welcome the final 50 Eater Young Guns nominees for the class of 2014. The Eater Young Guns committee compiled this shortlist after months of poring over nominations (which numbered in the thousands) and interviewing chefs: The result is a list of the 50 most promising up-and-coming talent in the restaurant industry, and starting Monday, Eater will present profiles of many of the nominees, including recommendations from the selection committee, video profiles, and much more.
