NE ALBERTA— Aviary's Jasper Shen will celebrate "the food his mom used to make at home" with a Chinese food pop-up at the restaurant, scheduled for Tuesday, May 20. In the one-off event, Aviary's regular menu will make way for a family-style prix fixe menu offering soup dumplings, pork and shrimp wontons in chili oil, and chicken noodle soup.
