Watch John Gorham Tackle Sea Cucumbers on Knife Fight

The Toro Bravo team of John Gorham and Kasey Mills are the next Portland chefs stepping into the arena of Esquire TV's Knife Fight, up against the chef team of David Lentz and Kris Longley (from Santa Barbara, California's Hungry Cat). As previously reported, the Toro team will host a viewing party tonight (Tuesday, May 20) at the neighboring Tavin's Pub, but here's a clip from the episode that sees Gorham struggling with unusually small sea cucumbers, which he admits to host Ilan Hall that he's never worked with before.
