A chef change to report at N. Mississippi's bar Interurban: Owner Dan Hart announces in a press release that chef Drew Sprouse is departing the kitchen after a 20-month tenure, and will be replaced by Jonny Henry, the longtime chef at Eugene's restaurant Marche (not to mention an alum of the Gotham Tavern/Ripe family). According to Hart, the food menu will remain largely the same, but expect some of Henry's signature dishes to roll out in coming weeks. [EaterWire]
