Here's a quick kitchen lesson with Pok Pok's Andy Ricker and cookbook cohort JJ Goode, who cook up a Thai herbal salad for Tasting Table. The refreshing dish isn't quite "seasonal" from a Thai perspective, but Ricker digresses: "While I can't say it's a dish that's traditionally eaten this season, from a western standpoint it does evoke summertime eating."
