As part of its roll-out to name the 2014 class of Eater Young Guns, Eater National is toasting the semi-finalists in a series of interviews and introductions. Today, Le Pigeon pastry chef/Limited Company co-founder Nora Antene, 29, is in the spotlight, revealing her dessert approach to Eater National: "You don't actually need dessert to survive, you know?
