The upcoming South Waterfront location of Mexican chainlet Cha Cha Cha has announced an opening date: early June. According to a press release, chef/owner Javier Hurtado's restaurant in the Emery building — Cha Cha Cha's ninth in Portland, not counting NW's more-upscale Cha Taqueria — will feature a "tap room and margarita bar."
