A Bend man has filed a lawsuit against downtown's Jake's Grill, claiming a dish at the restaurant gave him food poisoning severe enough that he had to be hospitalized. The plaintiff was diagnosed with food poisoning at Bend's St. Charles Medical Center after consuming a crab Louis dish at the restaurant; he's seeking nearly $10,000 from Jake's parent company McCormick & Schmick's to cover medical expenses and for pain and suffering.
