NE Alberta's former Bar Lolo space will soon welcome a casual restaurant dubbed Stella Taco: The Oregonian reports Texas native (and Little Bird alum) Matt Fields will man the kitchen, while co-owners Ian and Becky Atkins plan a "desert-hippie vibe" for the counter-service space.
