Last week, FoodDude reported a chef change-up at Southeast's anticipated Italian restaurant/dairy Renata, and owner Nick Arnerich has confirmed that chefs James Serlin and Karl Holl, alums of San Francisco's acclaimed Perbacco, are "no longer a part of this project."
