Bar Shuffles

Bartender Chauncey Roach is on the move: After spearheading the playful and edgy cocktail menu at the West End's Ración (which features a Porthole-filled drink on its menu), Roach has moved behind the bar at NW neighborhood spot Fireside. According to a press release, Justin Siemer (an alum of Punch Bowl Social and the Richmond Bar) will take over the Ración bar program starting this week. [EaterWire]
