Hillsboro butcher the Meating Place has opened its second area location, taking over the meat counter inside SE Hawthorne's Pastaworks. In addition to meat from local farms, the Meating Place East will offer house-smoked sausages, charcuterie, dry-aged steaks, while Pastaworks will continue to provide its selection of prosciuttos, salumi, and deli meats.
