Over at Smallwares, chef Johanna Ware is offering a whole roasted salmon special, during which the entire fish is served family-style. The roasted whole salmon is served ssam-style, with with scallion blinis and lettuce for wrapping, assorted sauces (like a Chinese mustard creme fraiche), assorted kimchi and pickles, seasonal veggies, and rice.
