A downtown location of Einstein Bros. Bagels remains closed today after video surfaced last week showing a mouse crawling inside the bagel counter. Einstein voluntarily shut down the bakery on SW 4th Avenue on Friday, releasing a statement saying "we have closed our restaurant and are working aggressively to resolve this situation as quickly as possible." According to the Multnomah County Health Department, the restaurant had received a perfect score during its last inspection in March. No word yet on when the spot may reopen. [OregonLive; KGW]
