Finally, visitors can get cheap(er) boozer in British Columbia: Eater Vancouver reports the Canadian province has finally lifted its ban on happy hour. A BC Liquor review has set minimum pricing for happy hour specials at $3 per drink (or $15 for a pitcher of beer), and while two-for-one drink specials are still outlawed, "happy hours" can occur at any point during the day, as long as pricing does not fall below set minimums.
