As promised late last month, new owners Alex and Julie Bond have resurrected Saint Cupcake's downtown storefront: A press release announces the SW Morrison location officially re-opened today, six months after original owner Jami Curl decided to close up shop. Head baker Brandi Schimmel-Bristow is an alum from Curl's operation, and her line-up will feature classic Saint Cupcake recipes — including alder-smoked chocolate chip cookies, "Big Top" and "Fat Elvis" cupcakes — plus the shop's new-ish line of Melty Goods ice cream.
Saint Cupcake's SE Belmont shop already re-opened at the end of May. Hours of operation: 9a.m. to 6p.m., Monday through Friday; 10a.m. to 6p.m., Saturday; 10a.m. to 5p.m., Sunday.
