Out on the Oregon Coast, PBS's Original Fare goes foraging with Restaurant Beck's Justin Wills, collecting items like mussels, beach peas, and salmonberry blossoms. Wills and his team take the fruits of their foraging back to the restaurant, making dish components like nettle chips, watercress creme, and greens dotted with edible flowers: "Our cuisine, in the summer, is a little more feminine," Wills says, "because that's what nature gives us."
