Andy Ricker Wire

Andy Ricker is the latest chef dishing on the 10 Dishes That Made His Career, and in somewhat of a surprise, it's not all Thai. Ricker identifies dishes like chicken and dumplings (which he ate four nights a week as a "voracious teenager"), angel hair pasta, and Yucatan pork as all equally influential on his approach to food. Of course, Thai dishes like kaeng het thaw and laab also make appearances on the list; the former is one that Ricker says "changed my life." [First We Feast]
