Win Tickets to Nostrana's Invite-Only Negroni Social

Right now, bars across America are celebrating Negroni Week, but the biggest party on behalf of the apéritif hasn't happened yet: Nostrana's now-annual afterhours Negroni Social will take over the restaurant next Monday, June 9, offering 12 Negroni variations dreamed up by some of the country's best female chefs: Gabrielle Hamilton, Nancy Silverton, and Stephanie Izard, and grand hostess Cathy Whims among them.

As in years past, the event is invitation-only. But if your inbox is devoid of an invite, listen up: Organizer Douglas Derrick and the team at Nostrana has graciously given Eater PDX five pairs of tickets to give away to lucky readers.

Here's how to enter the sweepstakes: Send an email to the contest hotline with "Negroni Social" in the subject head OR visit Eater PDX on Facebook and comment on the contest post. Entries will be accepted until 5p.m. this Sunday, June 8. We'll choose five winners at random — three from the contest hotline, two from Facebook — and notify them via email. (Since this event involves copious amounts of booze, entrants must be 21 years of age and older; winners will be responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the event.)
