Last week, food writer/meat enthusiast Josh Ozersky unleashed his list of the Top 10 Burgers of 2014, and Trifecta Tavern's double-decker burger landed at #5. Says Ozersky of the unorthodox cheese topping: "Pimento cheese has a Southern connotation, but it's sweet and artificial and phosphorescent, and so looks good on crusty brown patties oozing juice and fluid."
