Portland-based beer app Taplister, which tracks what's on tap at participating bars around town, announced yesterday it will close up shop by the end of August. Founder Kerry Finsand announced the impending shut-down in a blog post, writing "Taplister has been a passion project for me, but not having the right team or enough resources has made it difficult to run the site." Finsand is seeking an interested party to take over the site; failing that, the site and app will be available until August 31. [Taplister via OregonLive]
