Watch Adam Sappington Break Down Beef on Knife Fight

Chef Adam Sappington is the latest Portland chef to appear on Esquire TV's Knife Fight, taking on Kansas City chef Michael Smith in an upcoming episode. As one can tell from the image above, the Country Cat chef/owner is inordinately excited about getting to cook a tomahawk chop steak for the judging panel (which happens to include Beast's Naomi Pomeroy). Sappington's episode airs a while from now — July 29 — but for now, here's a preview of Sappington breaking down a cow to claim that chop all for himself. Go, watch:
