Because it's summer road-trip season, WWeek has embarked on a "culinary tour to all of America's 50 states," seeking out 50 different regional delicacies within the confines of Portland. First up is the meat mash-up known as Scrapple, which is apparently beloved in Delaware and can be found at the Woodsman Tavern and J&M Cafe.
