Elephant's on the Waterfront; Kim Jong Grillin's Pop-Up

SOUTH WATERFRONT— Here's more intel about the newest location of Elephants Delicatessen, slated for the brand-new Collaborative Life Sciences Building at the Oregon Health & Science University. According to a press release, the 2,000-square-foot restaurant will feature a full grill menu in addition to the brand's familiar grab-and-go sandwiches, deli items, and hot foods. DIVISION/CLINTON— The soon-to-be-resurrected food cart Kim Jong Grillin' will host a guest dinner at KOi Fusion's D-Street brick-and-mortar this Wednesday, July 23. Chef/owner Han Ly Hwang promises a three-course menu featuring Korean fried chicken, pork or bulgogi bibim bap, and cinnamon ice cream for $25 per person. FOSTER-POWELL— Construction begins today on a $2.3 million expansion of Southeast's non-profit Zenger Farm: The Portland Business Journal reports work is currently underway on the 6,600-square-foot Urban Grange addition, which will add a commercial kitchen and food processing facilities to the site.
