Artisan teamaker Steven Smith (who had previously founded current mega-brands like Tazo and Stash), will expand into a 27,000-square-foot location in the Central Eastside. Portland Business Journal reports Smith will use the site — next door to House Spirits' previously announced new facilities — for tea production, operations, and to open a retail tasting counter.
