WWeek has unleashed its annual Best of Portland issue, distributing random superlatives to the city's best. Among the food "awards" doled out: Side Street Tavern wins "Best Alternative Drink Menu" for its creative PBR creations, the resident corgi at Tugboat Brewing earns the title of "Best Doordog," and bartender Christopher Pearson (of the Sandy Hut) gets a nod for "Best Manhattan-Maker."
