DIVISION/CLINTON— Chefs Johanna Ware (Smallwares) and Kelly Myers (Xico) will join forces for a collaborative dinner on Wednesday, August 6, offering four courses that "fuse" together Mexican and Asian flavor profiles. The $45 reservation (available on a rolling basis throughout the evening) includes courses like pork belly-topped chawanmushi, ceviches dotted with yuzu koshu and Thai basil, and a carne asada platter with black beans and peach/radish kimchee.
