Tickets go on sale today for the 2014 installment of Wild About Game, Nicky USA's annual meaty celebration/chef competition. This year's event is slated for September 7 at the Timberline Lodge, and as in year's past, the competition with force Portland and Seattle chefs to go head-to-head in battle: Joshua McFadden (Ava Gene's), Jason French (Ned Ludd), Josh Scofield (Toro Bravo), and Jin Soo Yang (Bamboo Sushi) will step up to the plate on behalf of PDX.
