Southeast's gluten-free brewery Harvester Brewing will voluntarily change its name after receiving legal notice from a Californian winery, Hope Family Wines. Harvester owner James Neumeister writes that although Hope Family's claim is for a "different trademark class," the brewery will avoid wasting the "time, money, and energy" on a legal fight and change its name. It's soliciting suggestions from fans, and "would like it if the new name worked well with our love of farming, farmers, and tractors so we can continue using our tractor logo." [EaterWire]
